article The American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine, the world’s largest and most prestigious orthopedist association, is urging people to keep a close eye on their backs and legs after experiencing pain or stiffness after training or playing sports.
“It is very important to be aware of how you feel when you are out and about,” said Dr. David Hwang, associate director of the AAPSOMM’s Center for Sports Medicine.
“Be vigilant and monitor your posture.”
The AAPSAMM urges the public to report any symptoms of discomfort, pain, or discomfort, including back pain, back stiffness, and other issues that might be related to back injury or sports.
A common side effect of a back injury is back swelling.
Symptoms of back swelling include mild or moderate pain in the back, swelling of the shoulders, back pain with light-headedness, and neck pain.
